I have wandered to many times, wandered to many places in my mind. Visited to many places in my mind. And haven’t been satisfied, I have given up to many times. Thinking I will fight this. But ending, given up, and being washed away with the ocean. Deep into the waters, away from everything. That I may not hurt anybody. That I may be gone in the waters. In the presence of God.

It’s OK To Not Know!

More times than not we don’t have all the answers and that is ok. It’s ok because we are not in  control of things outside of us as we would like to believe.

There are dreams and desires we have now and therefore want now…or soon, but sometimes God says not now and although it may be hard to accept, that is ok.

If we want God’s perfect will for our lives we cannot just say it (talk is cheap) we have to believe it and live it, which happens to come in times of uncertainty and unknowns.

This world teaches us that we should have things that we want, when we want them, but God’s word tells us to demonstrate the fruit of the spirit which includes patience/ longsuffering.

We are only human, we do not have all the answers, or even most of the answers to life’s dilemmas…

Confession of a Busy Mom

Made To Bloom

Well I’ve let it happen to myself again. There has been so much going on in the past month! Its the end of the school year and we’ve just been GOING, GOING, GOING… DOING, DOING, DOING…

We’re so Busy.

I’ve gotten to a point where I think I need to re-evaluate everything we are “doing”. What are we “busy” with? Does God call us to these things? Is it time to let go of some things?

I have always struggled with being busy. In High School I played tennis, was on the cheer squad, was in the High School Musical each year, sang in the choir, was involved in church, (of course there was ALWAYS a boyfriend to spend time with) and somehow I managed to be an average student at a College Prep School. None of these things were “bad”, but I think I was so busy that I…

Dear Christian Girl, You’re going to Get Lonely

Loneliness is one of the worst feelings isn’t it? That horrible feeling that no one understands you, no one is going to be there to pick you up when you fall, and no one cares. These are the lies of the enemy. These are the lies that bind us to a life of fear. Christian girls: You are not alone.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 49:10

Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand” – Psalm 73:23

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” – Deuteronomy 31:6

“Have I…

Pick Up Your Crown

There have been some dreams of mine that I’ve been pushing aside out of fear, and I don’t believe that I’m the only one. When God puts a specific desire on our heart, they are very rarely simple or easily achievable. We were created to carry out extraordinary destinies. This can be terrifying to the flesh, but whenever you let this fear hold you back from your dreams, you are putting limits on God.

We were formed in God’s hands, and then were planted here on Earth for a purpose. Therefore, if we ever have questions relating to our futures, our dreams, and our destiny… who better to talk to about it than God?

Jeremiah 32:27
I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?

When you call upon the name of Jesus, all things are possible. If it’s God’s will, it will come…
